Education 2030

Supporting SDG4, SDG5 and SDG17

Education 2030 Agenda refers to the global commitment of the Education for All movement to ensure access to basic education for all. It is an essential part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The roadmap to achieve the Agenda is the Education 2030 Incheon Declaration and Framework for Action, which outlines how countries, working with UNESCO and global partners, can translate commitments into action.

The world’s governments and education stakeholders face enormous pressure to provide inclusive, accessible and quality education for all students. The education sector needs solutions that are innovative and proven at scale.

For the first time in history, we have the tools to meet this challenge. But technology is no silver bullet, and billions are squandered on solutions that neglect the realities faced by schools. We need holistic solutions that bring education technology and policy in harmony with the realities of learning and teaching.

We work with multiple stakeholders, from parents and schools to ministries and development agencies, in pursuit of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a specific focus on SDG 4: ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all, SDG 5: equal access to education for women and girls and SDG 17: supporting partnerships between government, private sector and civil society that work towards a shared and sustainable development agenda.
